If you are experiencing functionality and/or performance issues and your cloud’s sandbox status indicates “green,” please contact re:Members AMS Customer Support to determine if there is a specific issue with your organization’s sandbox instance of Impexium or if your experience is a result of a system-wide service sandbox issue.
